Brokered sale · Warranty-assured cars

Car brokerage across Estonia.

Dealership quality, private-sale value. We broker cars that come with a valid or recently expired factory warranty — preparation, professional photography and sales paperwork.

Why warranty

A warranty is proof, not a promise.

An active or recently expired factory warranty means a maintained, sound car.

Active warranty

Repairs are on the manufacturer.

Recently expired

Full dealer service history — the assurance without the markup.

Service history

The service book and known history are set out in the listing.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer.

How brokerage works

What is car brokerage?

The car stays yours

In a brokered sale the car remains your property and stays in your possession for the whole process. We write the advert, run it on the portals, field every call and message, and prepare the sales paperwork. When a caller is a genuine buyer we put them straight in touch with you — you arrange the viewing and test drive between you. The contract is between you and the buyer — the money moves from the buyer straight to you, never through a broker account.

How is this different from consignment?

In a consignment sale you hand the car to a consignee who sells it in their own name but on your account. A broker does not sell the car at all — they bring buyer and seller together. In practice that means the car never leaves your possession and you decide on every offer yourself.

What the fee covers

The brokerage fee is 4% of the sale price, with a minimum of €800, plus a one-off €49 contract fee. The fee only falls due on a sale. It covers writing the advert, professional photography, running the listing on the leading portals, handling enquiries, passing serious buyers to you and preparing the sales documents.

Who it suits

Brokerage suits someone who wants the private-sale price without the private-sale effort. It works best on cars with a valid or recently expired factory warranty and an existing service history, where the buyer has the most to be confident about.

Frequently asked questions

Do I keep the car while it is for sale?
Yes. The car stays your property and stays with you until it sells. You can keep driving it, and you decide when and to whom it is sold.
When and how do I get paid?
The buyer pays the purchase price directly to you. We do not take the sale proceeds into a broker account.
Do I have to deal with buyers myself?
Not at first. We answer the calls and messages, so the tyre-kickers never reach you. Once a caller is a genuine buyer we give them your number and the two of you arrange the viewing and test drive directly — that is faster than syncing three diaries. We do not attend test drives ourselves.
Do you buy the car yourself?
No. We are not a trade buyer or a dealer — we broker the sale. Our fee depends on the sale price, so we have no reason to push your price down.
What if the car does not sell?
The brokerage fee only arises on a sale. The first 60 days are free; from day 61, €4 is added for each further day. If you withdraw the car before it sells, €6 is added for each day it was listed.
Do you work outside Tallinn?
Yes, we broker car sales across Estonia and come to the car ourselves. Tallinn and Pärnu have their own pages.
